Delivery for embroidered items take 10 to 14 working days.

A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped.

Free changes may only be made if the product has not been shipped yet.

If you ordered the wrong product or are not absolutely, 100% happy with the product/s that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer you an exchange – provided that the products are returned in perfect condition and unworn.

As we try to keep our selling prices as low as possible for our customers we charge a handling fee of R150 to cover the courier costs of the return and subsequent delivery.

DO NOT mix your African print product with other garments.

The safest and best way to clean your African print products is to hand wash them in cold or lukewarm water. If you have to use a washing machine, wash in cold water on the gentle cycle and skip the spin cycle.

Hang the garments to dry or lay them down. Wringing or twisting them to dry will only compromise the rich colours of the products and cause them to fade quickly.

Tumble drying is a no no!

Always iron the garment from the inside.
